1. The English language requirement is MANDATORY for every international candidate as follows:

Online English Proficiency Tests other than those mentioned above will not be accepted.
2. For candidates who do not meet the stipulated requirements, it is mandatory for them to take the following course;

3. Exemptions to the general English requirement are allowed in the following cases:
a) Candidate originating from a country that uses English as the primary language of speech or using an academic qualification from that country. This exemption also applies to candidates from Commonwealth countries.
b) Candidate use the academic qualification form the institutions that applied the English Language as a medium of Instruction – candidate need to provide the letter for that university verified the medium of instruction were taught in English Language.
c) Candidates taking Malay as the field of study or a field of study that uses Malay language as the medium of instruction.
d) Candidates from cognate countries (Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei, and South Thailand). However, if the candidate wants to write in English, they must still meet the English language requirements as stipulated.
e) Candidates use the academic qualification from Malaysian local university.
