This course aims to provide students with advanced knowledge and specialized skills in the field of environmental biotechnology for environmental restoration and conservation and for the sustainable use of resources. This course trains students to master research in the areas of environmental biotechnology such as waste / wastewater treatment, biodegradation, microorganisms and pollution control, biomass energy, biosensor and bio monitoring, bioremediation, restoration or degraded ecosystems, biodiversity and conservation. The program provides an excellent atmosphere for students to conduct independent and original research, where excellent supervision and guidance are provided by academic staffs who are accomplished specialists in their respective scientific disciplines.
