Audit Course |
“Audited course” means course taken as a requirement of study but the course credit is not considered in the calculation of the CGPA. An auditing student must attend all lectures/tutorials/practical and complete all assignments, but is not required to sit for the final examination (if any). If a student does not fulfil the requirements of the audited course, the student’s name shall not be listed. This course is only for Doctorate and Master’s by Reasearch. |

Appeal To Continue Studies |
I want to apply for an appeal to continue my studies? STEP 1: You fill out the form https://postgrad.upsi.edu.my/qrcode/2_6.pdf and need to get the signature of the Supervisor and Faculty for further action. Please attach receipt of processing fees RM25.00 and students also need to attach a draft thesis/dissertation/project paper with the application form (if relevant). Only completed application will be processed and brought to Graduate Studies Committee Meeting. How I know the approval of Appeal To Continue Studies? STEP 2 : The approval can be obtained within three (3) working days after the meeting JPS is conducted. IGS will inform you of the result of your appeal via the registered email at the student's UniSIS. The administrative fees of RM300.00 will be imposed upon approval (if applicable).
